Thanks Marc, once a bodybuilder always a bodybuilder! ha MRT is a great style of training and what we use in our large group training program at TEF. But like you said, at some point incorporating some bodybuilding into your routine does not produce any shame. Instead it reminds us why we began the journey!

Thanks Tyler for putting it back into perspective for me. I am a former natural bodybuilder and I won a few competitions. Most recently I have been training with more metabolic resistance type workouts for both myself and my clients. I don't need to feel ashamed or demonized because I may incorporate some bodybuilding exercises into out routines. Thanks again for letting me realize it's ok to go back to what got you there.

Kathleen, thanks for the comment. There is nothing wrong with functional but I do think you'll agree everyone wants to look better. In my eyes, that constitutes bodybuilding. Best of luck in your training this year!

Tyler. Great pOst. It's interesting bc i was discussing this in another capacity with my husband. He did p90x last year and just started p90x 2
P90x 2 is fairly easy compared to the first and I was joking that the functional bandwagon ruined the workout!

A 2nd yr. anniversary tied to a complimentary note of thanks and applauded by an incredible speech captured on YouTube, is a complete formation of tradition, class, and quality in the dreams of 2 brothers. A journey and bond held high.

Basically the meaning, strength, and commanding instruction delivered by the coach in the video directly coincides with the masterful imprints Rob has made in the Marines and continues to contribute towards the business.

Easily summarized as making every day count by living purposefully, living energetically, and living completely.

As a personal trainer in London UK I totally identify with your blog post. You've compiled a great list of industry leaders, some I know of and chatted to online, some I've yet to contact. I would add Vince Del Monte to that list, for his marketing genius in tapping into a mass market of guys who want to build themselves up.

Have you read the book 'Think and Grow Rich' (by Napoleon Hill) - if you've not already, I think you'd get a lot out of it.

hi Tyler, I'm a personal fitness trainer in London UK, just came across your website after reading a feature on you by Pat Rigsby. Looks like you're doing great, and growing fast, in every respect.

Would be good to swap ideas sometime.
