In the world of Bodybuilding many are accustom to consuming their personal favorite “bodybuilding foods” when preparing their Contest Prep Diet.

 

I too have found myself in the past continually fall victim to the boring world of consistency, which leads to very bland, boring meal ideas. Now not to say that’s a bad thing. I for one have always been that typical Bodybuilder who becomes the “creature of habit” by sticking to the same staples that allow me to diet down to my desired physique.

Body Part Training Part 2: How to Body Part Train “The Right Way”

Each of these words has their place in the life of a bodybuilder, some more than others and others I surely missed. Over the past 33 weeks I’ve lived each of these and more. In 5 days it all comes together at the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) World Championships in New York City.
