3 Ways to Supercharge Your Body Transformation

This past week we launched a 49-Day Body Transformation Challenge complete with over $2,500 in prizes for the winners.

 

So far in less than 48 hours over 70 clients have entered. In the next 49 days, beginning on October 1st, my coaches and I are looking forward to witnessing some awesome transformations take place.

 

For many of these clients this is a great way to start working towards long-term goals.

 

In my eyes there is no better time then the present to work toward changing your physique.

 

Will most of these people achieve their long-term body recomposition goals in the 7-week period? Most likely not in its entirety, but a majority of them will make significant strides in transforming their body in the next 49 days.

 

For most people it isn’t the journey, it’s getting started on that journey.

 

To help you get started in your own personal body transformation, I’ve put together 3 effective tools to help manage your success.

 

3 Powerful Ways to Guarantee Body Transformation Success

 

1)   Pick a Start and Finish Date – I know when I am preparing for a bodybuilding competition that nothing makes me work harder than knowing when I’m starting my contest preparation and when I need to be ready to compete.

 

2)   Plan Your Calendar – Whether it’s a wall calendar, a carry along calendar or Google Calendar, it can be VERY powerful. For most people – scheduling appointments like a visit to the doctor or a meeting at work come easy, well then why not schedule out your meal preparation, meals and your workouts over a certain time frame. It can be a day at a time or a week at a time. Plan it, stick to it and carry it out and watch the good habits you form.

 

3)   Take Weekly Pictures – This is a tool I use with each of my Physique Prep clients and it is POWERFUL! In an age when many people obsess with the scale, a weekly progress picture is a great measurement tool. Being able to analyze change visually – can be a very useful tool, especially when working towards body recomposition.
