I do it and have won my Natural Bodybuilding Pro Card doing it! 7 Weeks away from the World Championships in NYC and here is sneak peak into a training session of mine!

I train full body. Usually a 3-4 day split of lower pull, upper push, lower push, and upper pull workouts or total body or combination there of. My training program changes every 4 weeks.
